Prenatal Yoga Series
Join us this month for a special event as Jill lead us through a virtual 4-week Prenatal Yoga series!
This 4-week series will allow you the time and space to connect with your changing body, growing baby and other local moms in the neighborhood. Expect to learn breath work, relaxation techniques, modified asanas and pain management tools to use during labor. Connecting breath and movement will bring awareness to your changing body, spirit and the spirit of your baby. This class offers the opportunity to share stories and ask pregnancy related questions to other moms in a calm and safe environment. Join us as you prepare your mind and body for labor and motherhood.
