Are you ready for transformation? Are you ready to dive deeply into yourself and your yoga practice? Are you ready to be the change you want to see in the world?

Once you’ve taken a yoga teacher training, you will view your life as “before training” and “after training.” Who you are will change. You cannot anticipate, control, or project what the change will look like, how long it will take, or who you will be after. If you’re ready for a change, a yoga teacher training will give you that in spades.

Our modular Yoga Teacher Training will prepare you to lead yoga classes for all levels and all populations. Upon completion of our training and successful completion of your final exam and teaching demo, you will have all the requirements to apply to the Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). You will also be added to the Beloved World Yoga sub list and have the opportunity to immediately begin teaching at the studio.

Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training begins on September 7, 2018 and runs thru March 24, 2019. The program meets on weekends twice a month except once a month in November and December. For more details, email info@belovedworldyoga.com

Frequently Asked Questions

Beloved World Yoga 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training meets twice monthly on weekends starting Sept. 7, 2018 and runs through March 24, 2019.

Weekend sessions are typically Fridays from 6:30pm-9:30pm, Saturdays from 8:30am-3:30pm, and Sundays from 9am-4pm. There will be a break for lunch on Saturday & Sunday sessions. All sessions will meet at Beloved World Yoga, 317 Central Ave. in Jersey City, NJ.

During the months of November and December, the program will meet one weekend per month.

  • Bring a notebook and pens/highlighters to each session.
  • Bring your manual or any books we are working with for each session.
  • Wear yoga clothes and bring things to layer in case you get warm/cold. Scarves and shawls work great. A pair of socks is a good idea.
  • Bring your water bottle and stay hydrated.
  • Get plenty of sleep the night before training sessions.
  • Have easy to digest snacks on hand like dried fruit or nuts.
  • Avoid eating a large meal before or during training sessions. Eat lightly.
  • Silence your phone.
  • Have an open mind!

The cost of tuition is $3295. The early bird price, available thru 7/30, is $2995.
